Job summary
- KoreanaireClass is looking for passionate native Korean teachers who are interested in teaching Korean language and culture, and can join our team to train Vietnamese learners from basic to advanced levels.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Korean language online through the Classforme platform, focusing on developing language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for students.
- Develop lesson plans suited to the students’ level and learning needs.
- Provide effective learning materials and methods to help students achieve their learning goals.
- Assess and track students’ progress, adjusting teaching methods to ensure high learning outcomes.
- Guide students in cultural exchange activities to help them better understand Korean traditions, festivals, and unique cultural aspects.
Requirements
- Native Korean speaker with standard pronunciation
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Korean, with preference for candidates with online teaching experience.
- Hold a degree or certification in teaching Korean as a foreign language (preference for international certifications like KSL, KLAT).
- Basic communication skills in English or Vietnamese to support teaching.
- Good communication skills, energetic, and enthusiastic about the job.
- Friendly, open attitude, and willing to share Korean culture with students.
