HANBOK PROMOTION WEEK 2024
As part of the Vietnam-Korea Cultural Friendship Day 2024, the Hanbok Promotion Week 2024 will offer you a chance to experience Hanbok and enjoy the largest Hanbok-Ao Dai fashion show ever!
Date: October 26 – 27, 2024 (Saturday and Sunday)
Location: Le Loi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (intersection of Nguyen Hue pedestrian street and Pasteur)
Admission: Free
HANBOK EXPERIENCE
Time: 15:00 – 21:00 on October 26 – 27, 2024 (Saturday and Sunday)
How to participate:
- Bring your ID card and register at the Hanbok experience booth
- Choose a Hanbok and matching accessories
- Get makeup and hairstyle by professional Korean makeup artists
- Take photos at the designated photo area
- Participate in the event and receive gifts from the organizers
Especially, at the HANBO-K display area, you will have the opportunity to see Hanbok worn by Jung Kook (BTS), Minji (New Jeans), and Danielle (New Jeans). Come and check-in at the Korean Cultural Center!
HANBOK – AO DAI FASHION SHOW
Time: 20:30 on October 26 – 27, 2024 (Saturday and Sunday)
Location: Stage of Vietnam-Korea Cultural Friendship Day 2024
You will enjoy exquisite Hanbok and Ao Dai designs from top designers of Korea and Vietnam, including:
- Hanbok designer Song Hyemi (Seodamhwa) – the designer of Hanbok for the New Jeans group
- Hanbok designer Kim Youngjin (Tchai Kim) – the designer of Hanbok for the BTS group
