HUTECH collaborates with Hanyang University (South Korea), opening opportunities for international learning and exchange for students.
Recently, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) welcomed and held a working session with Hanyang University (South Korea) to discuss and exchange ideas on cooperative training plans, aiming to bring attractive educational programs for students in the near future.
HUTECH representatives welcoming the partner included Dr. Bui Phan Anh Thu – Dean of the Faculty of Korean Studies, MSc. Khuong Thi Thanh – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Korean Studies, and Dr. Nguyen Chi Thang – Vice Director in charge of the Institute of International Training. Representatives from Hanyang University at the meeting included Mr. II-Yong Choi – Director of the Institute of International Language Education and Ms. Haeree Cho – Manager of the Institute of International Language Education.
During the session, both parties provided detailed introductions of their institutions, including their histories, facilities, training programs, and extracurricular activities for students. Additionally, HUTECH and Hanyang discussed and proposed specific collaborative programs such as 2+2 international joint programs, student exchange opportunities, scholarships for HUTECH students to study at Hanyang, and short-term programs for study and experience in South Korea.
The discussion opened prospects for various cooperative projects between the two universities. It is believed that this meeting will lead to concrete plans, providing more opportunities for students to study abroad and enabling them to maximize their potential.
